On Friday it will generally be a warm but very humid day across southern, central and eastern England with some sunshine at times. Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms will spread from the south with occasional lightning. During the afternoon the weather conditions will be mainly wet and thundery across the South East of the country. Scotland will experience some showers in places but for the rest of the country it will be generally dry. Later on in the day, the rain will turn lighter, followed by a dry night. Temperatures will be between 8°C and 26°C.

 

A dry and generally fine day for England and Wales on Saturday with cooler temperatures.  Scotland and Northern Ireland will experience some showers accompanied by wind at times.  Later on in the day, it will be cloudy and rainy for Scotland but bright and sunny elsewhere. Similar conditions follow during the evening and mainly dry overnight across the UK. Temperatures should be between 7°C and 20°C.

 

On Sunday another showery and cool day follows for Scotland accompanied by wind at times. The rest of the country will experience fair weather conditions with lots of sunshine during the whole day. Temperatures will be between 6°C and 20°C.

 

A dry and settled day is expected on Monday with the possibility of some scattered rain in the North of the UK.  During the afternoon there will be some light cloud with frequent spells of sunshine. Temperatures should be between 6°C and 18°C.
