There will be some strong westerly winds across the central and southern Scotland and northern parts of England with the possibility of gusts over 50mph. Temperatures should be between 9°C and 23°C.
Showers will develop over some parts of Scotland on Sunday morning but the rest of the country will be dry with spells of sunshine in places. Later on in the day, the rain spreads across Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Overnight the UK will experience wet conditions with heavy showers mainly over southern Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Temperatures should be between 8°C and 23°C.
A showery morning is expected on Monday across the UK. Later on in the day the rain will ease off in south-eastern parts of the country leaving some spells of sunshine at times. Temperatures should be between 9°C and 25°C
