A rainy morning across most parts of the UK on Monday with sunny intervals at times. A cool and cloudy afternoon follows with scattered rain in places. Later on in the day the rain eases off in most parts leaving occasional spells of sunshine. Overnight it will become dry accompanied by clear spells across most of the UK. Temperatures will be between 7°C and 18°C.
On Tuesday it will generally be a dry day with cool highs across Northern Scotland of around 12°C to 15°C. The rest of the country will experience warmer temperatures with bright sunshine at times and highs of 20°C. Overnight it will be fairly cloudy in the North but clear spells will appear elsewhere with lows of 7°C.
A fine and warm day follows on Wednesday for most parts of the UK. During the morning it will be rather cloudy over Scotland but the rest of the country will be sunny. Later on in the day occasional showers will appear across Scotland and Northern Ireland but the rest of the country remains dry with highs of 23°C. Overnight, it will be generally dry with some scattered rain in places and lows of 6°C.
On Thursday, it will be generally cloudy across Scotland and Northern Ireland with the possibility of some showers at times. The rest of the country will be largely dry with some spells of sunshine. Overnight, similar conditions follow across the country. Temperatures will be between 6°C and 24°C.
It is expected to be a cloudy day for northern parts of the UK on Friday, turning showery later on in the day. In the South it will be generally dry with spells of sunshine. Temperatures should be between 6°C and 22°C.
