A mix of sunny spells and showers is expected across the UK on Monday morning accompanied by winds in the North. Later on the rain will ease off leaving some bright spells of sunshine in places. Overnight, the winds remain strong in the North. It will be generally cloudy and showery across most parts of the country. Temperatures will be between 4°C and 14°C.

 

On Tuesday morning it will be showery in southern parts of the UK but dry elsewhere. Later on the rain spreads across most parts of the country accompanied by storm activity in the South. Overnight the rain turns lighter. Temperatures will be between 6°C and 14°C.

 

After a largely fine start to the day on Wednesday, the next frontal system will move in from the west bringing some heavy rain and the risk of storm activity in places. However, south-eastern parts of the UK will be generally dry. Overnight it turns rainy for most parts of the country. Temperatures will be between 4°C and 15°C.

 

A windy and unsettled day for the UK on Thursday. There will be a mixture of sunny spells and rain and longer spells of rain are expected over western Scotland. Showery overnight across most parts of the UK. Temperatures will be between 4°C and 16°C.

 

On Friday, the unsettled conditions continue with rain affecting southern parts of the UK. It will be colder than the previous days and in the North there will be once again a mix of sunshine and showers. Temperatures should be between 1°C and 11°C.
