The climate in Gloucester

County town of Gloucestershire in the South West part of England, Gloucester lies close to the Welsh border and has a population of 121,000. It is located on the River Severn and was created by the Romans. It has a strong business and financial sector which coexists with the Gloucester Cathedral and the older buildings which are part of the city’s medieval heritage. The guildhall is the main cultural venue which hosts a large amount of entertainment such as live music and dance sessions. It has an Oceanic Climate and the average summer temperature is 23°C in July. In wintertime the lowest temperature is approximately 3°C. Most rainfall occurs between November and April.
