The climate in Norwich

Situated on the River Wensum in the county of Norfolk in East of England, Norwich has a population of almost 200,000. The city has several important museums including the Norwich Castle Museum, the Bridewell Museum, and Dragon Hall. Other important sites are the Norwich Cathedral, the Cow Tower, and Elm Hill, which is an intact medieval street. Norwich has a temperate maritime climate. Rainfall is spread throughout the year with an annual average of 660mm. Average high temperatures in the summer are between 18 and 21°C. In the winter, the average high temperature is around 1 to 2°C, and lows usually stay above 0°C.
