The climate in Nuneaton

Located on the River Anker in Warwickshire in the West Midlands of England, Nuneaton is a town with a population of 81,877. The town is most famous for its links with George Eliot, the 19th century author. She was born just outside the town and lived in Nuneaton for most of her early life. Today, the town is a commuter town for Coventry and Birmingham as well as home to electronic and distribution activities. Popular attractions include the Abbey Church of St Mary and the Nuneaton Carnival. Nuneaton has a climate characterised by cool to warm summers and mild winters. The average high temperature in the summer months is about 22°C with night time lows near 12°C. In winter, the average high temperature is 7°C with lows near 2°C. Rain is spread out fairly evenly over the year with an average of 9 to 12 days of rain per month.
