Yarmouth is a coastal town in Norfolk. Just like many towns in England, Yarmouth experiences a temperate maritime climate. Temperatures are close to 21°C during the summer, and rarely drop below zero in winter. Yarmouth is often affected by sea fog but averages a total of 1,558 hours of sun a year. Rainfall is quite low (650mm) but occurs any time of the year. One of Yarmouth's most famous residents was Lord Nelson.
